Please join us on beautiful walks in various locations. Walk as a group or with a partner. Our goal for participants is to get in shape in the social way. Explore local beauty the YMCA way through having a healthy mind, body, and soul. We will offer morning walks three times a week at various locations, which may include the Groton, New London, Waterford and Niantic waterfronts.
