Body Design/Pilates

This class is intended for the intermediate to advanced Pilates practitioner.
The session will concentrate on advanced sequences in the following
format: posture, positioning, breath, focus and concentration. Develop “mind-body” connection for complete effectiveness. Explore new boundaries and progress beyond all previous limits.

WHEN: Monday, Wednesday and Friday
