Water Work

This class is for the swimmer who is able to swim at least 25 yards and who has the ability to put their face in the water for a period of time with confidence. Workout sessions are guided explorations of aerobic and anaerobic capacity, strength, endurance, range of motion and flexibility. Come explore the effects of water workouts.
